Serpelloni S.p.A. began his construction business in Verona in 1950 with the two founders, Antonio and Pietro Serpelloni. Between the 70s and the early 80s his sons, Fortunato and Gianfranco also joined the company, adding a new impetus to the company's growth. Since 2015, the business Serpelloni S.p.A. – now in its third generation under the leadership of Mattia and Marco – has been one of the leading realities in the province of Verona in the construction sector.

The areas of expertise of the company are the construction of residential, commercial and office buildings, tourist hotels, building recovery and restoration, public and industrial construction. The professionalism, the research capacity, a competent workforce, a strong business dynamism and a close relationship with designers and clients, are the strengths of the company, which has now become a model of reliability and safety.

The company’s business model evolved over the years and differentiated itself on the market. Serpelloni plays the role of general construction company for the design and construction project phases. As for maintenance interventions on civil and industrial buildings, it plays the role of real estate project construction management developer and partner.

The technical office and the administrative office are transversal functions to all building orders, from the planning / design / budgeting phase up to the final testing phase of the works.

Organizational model of our construction company in Verona.

Since 2012 Serpelloni S.p.A. has has adopted the Organizational Model provided by the Legislative Decree no. 231 of 2001 in order to prevent the commission of offenses. Initially, the Model aimed at countering violations of the legislation on safety in the workplace. Over time, the Model has been extended to the prevention of other types of offenses. Today the Organizational Model of Serpelloni S.p.A. implements measures to counter corruption both in the public and private sectors, against association crimes and against environmental crimes.

The Organizational Model dedicates particular attention to the selection and control of subcontractors in matters of job safety, of the regularity of contributions and pay equity, and this also in the prevention of crimes of illicit intermediation and exploitation of work. The control over the correct implementation of the Organizational Model is entrusted to an external Supervisory Body to which it is possible to report any violations of the Model or conduct deemed illegal. In compliance with law no. 179/17 regarding the protection of reports, staff, external collaborators and our stakeholders have the right to forward reports, requesting confidentiality of their identity where appropriate, to the following e-mail account: Such reports are duly assessed and investigated, in strict respect and protection of the identity of the reporting counterparty, and always receive adequate feedback.

Serpelloni S.p.A. it also maintains active ordinary reporting channels that allow site managers to report operational problems and behaviors that may jeopardize the safety of operators or the correct environmental management of the site or compliance with obligations to the Employer by law and contracts by subcontractors and self-employed workers. This allows to speed up the most appropriate interventions in terms of prevention and possibly sanctions, in accordance with the provisions of internal procedures and the company Disciplinary Code. The Organizational Model of Serpelloni S.p.A. is adequately supported by specific certified Quality, Environment and Safety Management Systems that allow the concrete management, control and updating of regulatory compliance.
